Representative Director

Sergie Naicker (South Africa), a resident in Japan for over 20 years. Has held senior regional (APAC) leadership roles within the Banking and Financial industry. Worked at Deutsche AG in the UK, before moving with the bank to Tokyo (Deutsche Securities Japan). With over 30 years of IT experience working in early career days for Vendors servicing the Insurance and Banking industry (Sun Microsystem / FinTech SA / Denel Informatics). Later in his career he held senior roles in the Securities Banking industry where he built teams and implemented new process. Had roles in Engineering, IT Audit and Compliance, Operations and Services Delivery, Vendor Management and Business Development. Sergie left the industry in 2011 and started business contract assignments with various international Corporates on Project basis.

Integra GK was founded in April 2022. Prior to this the company operated as a sole proprietorship [個人事業] servicing the Financial industry and Life Sciences industry since 2011. With services expansion and demand a Limited Liability Corporation was established to facilitate growth and the needed structure for the Business to Business market.
